I am sooooo stupid. I just sent an e-mail that I KNOW was not good to send!!! I was angry when I sent it and it was pretty mean. I am an evil person...I have been acting like a raving lunatic all day! I hate this! What is going on? I increased my mood stabilizer...isan't that supposed to help me? I don't want to deal with the repricutions of this...:(
God help me...I am so hopeless...

You are not evil. I am guessing that this email you sent was to someone who "Hurt You?" You are reacting to that hurt therefore you are not evil - you are reacting to your feelings.
A person who treats someone mean, abuses, and has ungodly behaviors is the one whose actions can be horrible, but WE as the ones who are the Victims have to defend ourselves to some degree. We have to stand up for ourselves to a point.
We cannot sit back and let someone walk all over us - we have to make a stand and that is what you did!
If you're sorry you sent it, why don't you send another email, apologizing. It might be a good idea to pray a bit, before you do. Then just speak from the heart, as you do here.
You're under a lot of stress. You're not evil. You're not hopeless.
Send a letter apologizing. Just tell them that you were really upset and hurt- but you didn't mean to be ugly.
Did your doctor approve and medication change or did yo do that without consulting. I know you know this: you just gotta take care of yourself.
thanks for the advice ladies, I think I will send this person another e-mail apologising for my attitude. I'm still angry, but maybe I can tell this person in a better way.
